You have not reinstalled windows cleanly, you have only uninstalled program files. That is not the same thing at all.

@asa, I appreciate your help, but you were asked NOT to help this particular user.

@IOWNAPC, you were given extremely explicit instructions as to how you were to post, Follow the instructions given you, Answer the questions given you, and Respond to the questions asked of you. You have failed to do this again.

I am sorry, but you will need to find somewhere else to recieve assistance. We have a commited staff of proffesional adults, and do not have the time to babysit. My advice is that you have your father take your PC to a professional who will fix it for you, I do not beleive that you have the capability to follow directions fully enough to ever actually resolve any of these problems.
