Hi there illuzion and welcome to PCHF.

Firstly please download ATF-Cleaner

And then run ATF-Cleaner:
First check "Select All" , and then remove the tick infront of "History".
After that click Empty Selected.
When you get the "Done Cleaning" message, click OK.

Next download and run Regclean

Once you have done this restart your computer and download Microsoft Framework from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Once downloaded try to install the program and let us know if it completes properly.

Hey Guys,

@Illuzion, my welcome to PCHF as well. Please do not start new threads on the same topic as it makes it difficult for the staff to know what has already been done, and help you.

Before we go any further, can you please let us know if you have followed Zimbo's instructions.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

LGW
