Default I need more consistency

Its been suggested to me that my pc has a virus.
Its been suggested to me that my pc has spyware.
Its been suggested to me that my pc has adware.
Its been suggested to me that my pc has malware.
Its been suggested to me that my pc needs updated version software.
Its been suggested to me that my pc needs updated drivers files.
Its been suggested to me that my pc needs java or active X files.
My pc is great when it works, I dont have an issue with its ability to perform, I have a consistency issue. One week it works, the next it may not.
I found it frozen this morning and yesterday it froze multiple times.
Yesterday, I ran scans and stuff, but ultimately I decided to delete everything hijackthis found. Now I have done that before and it helped ALOT, to fix the same issue. This was about a year ago. Well, I am almost at the same wits end.
The pc does work better after doing this. However, I ran another scan with HJT, and found this report. So overnite, the XPHome system, put these two entries back in, and the pc was found frozen. Its been running for about 1 hour now with no apparent problems...
I will say this also, anytime I attempt a FULL virus scan with something, it seems to take too many hours or doesnt complete. Short scans or quick ones go without a trace of problems on the pc that I can see.
Its been suggested to me that my pc needs a new hard disk drive and a windows reinstall.

Hya RB.

Nothing to worry about , nvcpl.dll is from youre video cards driver. And IDriverT.exe is from the InstallStall Driver Module.

my pc locked up the last time I was here. I dont know how long I have to type. It locks up twice or more per day. I had a tech from paragon tell me a Sun java installation was corrupt. One time windows opened a page that said my nvidia driver was the reason or that I needed a windows update. There are no windows updates and the newer version graphic driver didnt seem to fix it. I have since wiped out everything HJT found yet again.

Can I get any difinative answers as to my pc's condition ?
The only indication I have to go on so far is that I have yet to see it do a complete virus scan without locking up. Does this tell you the hard drive is bad ?
