If that doesn't work try this registry fix:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...torethemes.reg

Just double click on it and allow it to merge with the registry and reboot youre pc.

Or if that also doesn't work try this one:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs.../Resources.zip

Unpak it and save the content to youre windows folder , when asked to replace/overwritte things , click yes. And again reboot youre pc.
