Default My computer is running so slow!

Just that, its running slow. I have cable internet, and even the internet is freezing up, or running choppy. I've done everything I thought of, that I thought would make it run slow. We did recently install Norton 06 after not having any protection for a couple months (but after installing it, nothing bad or even mild came up. It was all normal). I've run Ad-ware, Ccleaner, Norton, Microsoft Spyware, I only have 4 active icons in the bottom of the screen next to the time (I know that having a ton of those can slow your computer down...). So, I don't know whats going on. It shouldn't be this slow though, thats for sure. Online, if i'm on awhile, when I get to a page, it takes awhile to load, and then, when I start to scroll down, its like the page has to reload the part of the page that wasn't showing before... if that makes any sense? And then it gets choppy for a second, and then everything is fine. So, whats going on?

Hya ND.

That part seems to indicate that no video drivers are installed. Could that be right? And have you also installed other drivers? (up to date)

No i haven't installed any drivers on MY computer lately. Just my moms. Which wouldn't help the situation... Where can I go for some drivers?

Have you ever installed drivers on there? And did the pc came preinstalled , or did you install windows youreself?

And to know where to look for drivers i would need to know youre pc's specs. If you dont know that then you can use this app to find out:
