@Hengis - I'll try memtest tomorrow, thanks for the suggestion.

@Scrouse - The last thing I installed was TeamSpeak (latest version) the previous night. In the morning, I stood by with uTorrent running downloading 2 torrents. CS Source also updated the previous night.

Hi Yuiichi,

Heat and Power supply issues sound like the prime suspects here.

Then I'd test memory. Memory ships messed up all the time.

I'd definitely start with Motherboard Monitor.

Hey double_a_ron,

The only problem I have with believing it's a heat issue is that it was on stand by all day - not actually running. The main way I have been using this machine is for games (so far), and that generates a lot of heat, but have never experienced problems like that.

Now, could it have been brought on by this gaming only to start having symptoms today, or could it be something else entirely?

Thanks for your help guys.

I did take it in, and it was bad RAM that caused the issue.
