Not sure if this is correct forum.
I am have funny colors coming across my windows media player window. The problem only happens when viewing streaming video. Media that I download, such as an avi file, can be played very easily with no color problems. Only embedded media played from within the Explorer window causes this. The colors are pink and green mainly but there are several other bright colors as well. The video is not desernable other then being able to detect movement or outlines of people. For instance I can tell that someone is standing in the video but I would be unable to tell if it a man or woman. The audio comes through fine by the way.
I am thinking this is a codec problem, but which one? I would rather not delete all codecs since I have so many of them. I have quite a lot of avi's and each of them seem to use a different codec. If I deleted all of them I would have a hack of a time finding them all again and getting them reinstalled.
Any ideas?

Don't delete the codecs, simply re-install 2 packs:
