Default XP MCE decoder error

I recently purchased a Dell Dim 5150 with XP MCE and a TV Tuner.
However, I get a decoder error when I try to view "live TV" or a DVD.

I think it might be a conflict with the decoders for Pinnacle which I have installed.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix?
Thanks

Default Pinnacle

Hi there Gmoullet,

Welcome to The PCHF,
Try Uninstalling Pinnacle completely and then run the DVD/TV. I have only once come across a conflict with Pinnacle and another third party program that disabled the Direct draw Acceleration.
I this is all on a new pc ( not installed by you) try the manufacturer helpdesk to see if it might be a known issue/fault
All the best
