Angry cannot remove a program

On Windows XP I cannot remove Adobe Photo DeLuxe ver.4.0
When I try, using Add/Remove on the control panel, I get a message that the program is corrupted and cannot be removed. I even tried restoring the system several weeks back and it did not help. I also tried re-installing the program and during the installation, the message came up that I would not be able to uninstall if I continued. Any suggestions as to how I can uninstall this program? Please reply to lenpol@qpc-inc.com
If you have ideas, please give it to me by the numbers ie: 1.- do this, 2- do that, etc. Thanks.
