Question Start-up error messages*

ive been requesting alot of help recently to regards to my comp. it has improved alot since ive joined here and received ur help thanks

but ive encounterd a new problem:

: error:

yesterday i switched my comp off and turned it back on today and i received a startup error message which was: http://s48.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2...81BEF7G51RLGLP

i pressed ok and my comp was really slow and took a long time to open programs, documents etc... it eventually forced me to restart from the main switch because it crashed. it restart took longer then usual and the message came up a 2nd time i pressed cancel and still the programs were slow i managed to try play a song and it said that my sound device was not detected and all the volume controls were blocked from me using.
ive switched it on now and so far so good but it still a lil jumpy heres my startup programs list anything that shouldnt be there be off ?

Hi Trixta,

Couple of suggestions. Have you tried reseating your memory? Just take it out and make sure they're put back in properly. Also, if you increase you virtual memory, this might solve the problem.

Right click 'my computer' > properties > advanced tab > performance settings > advanced tab > virtual memory change > depending on what it currently is, try increasing it.

Hope this helps.

Your startup doesn't seem to be the problem (although I could be wrong). I came across this article - regarding server service in admin tools.

It solved the same problem that you're having.
