Default My computer won't start! Please Help!!

Hy, I need HELP

I have been trying to solve the problem for about a week now and I have no more thoughts.

Ok here is the problem:
I turn on my computer and first it acts normally, but when it reaches the screen where it asks me if I want to start my computer in the Safe mode, Safe mode with networking, Safe mode with command prompt, Last known good configurations or start windows normally, it reboots. I have tried every one of them, starting with safe mode - start windows normally. IT JUST REBOOTS.

I also tried to boot it from the XP CD that came with the computer and even the floppy bootdisk (Windows ME OEM) which I downloaded from bootdisk.com. My computer just reboots.

I just want to uninstal XP from that computer. If anyone knows how to format C: without being able to go further the screen where it says Safe mode, etc, please tell me too.

Hi assu, so you want to do a repair/clean install of Windows XP... am i correct? If so you will need to enter your PC's BIOS (usually by pressing F2 or the DEL key) and change the boot sequence so that the CD Rom is the first boot device.
