when i go to start, my computer, right-click and select properties, then hit the advanced tab and select user profiles; all 4 of the users are present (not including administrator). However when i start my computer up at the login screen, only 3 of my user profiles are selectable to login to. Also when i login to one of the acounts and go to control panel>user accounts, that same user profile is missing.
Please help. Thanks

Hi Justin,
Welcome to PCHF! The reason the user isn't showing up at the login screen, is because the user probably isn't in any of the groups (Administrator/Power User/User). If you go to Start > Run > Type CMD > Press Enter From here, if you type; net localgroup "GroupName" "UserName" /ADD and press Enter, it will add the user to that group. **Replace Groupname with the group you want to add to** **Replace Username with the user you want to add** Hope this helps mate.
