When clicking on a name in Yahoo address book to have placed in (send to ), at bottom of page I get message "error on page" Can this be corrected? Yahoo Mail can be used without this feature but it is an excellent aide for sending mail to multiple addresses. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Rueljudy,

I've done a few searches and this seems to be a common problem. I came across this...

"Error on Page" message in bottom left corner? I finally found a solution that worked for me:

In Mail Options, select "general preferences"
then in "compose" select " plain text"

Other ideas (didn't work for me but were recommended online)
- Download Netscape instead of Internet Explorer (I didn't have to in the end)
- Shut off your pop-up blocker
- Delete your cookies and website cache
- Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs/Double Click "Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1 and Internet Tools/Repair Internet Explorer

Is it anyway helpful?

Hi Scouse, Well nothing seems to help. However, i have discovered that if I click on insert names and then click on Options, the names pop into the to: line?????????? I have e-mailed Yahoo about this problem and will await their response. Thanks for the help. Ruel Wilson in beautiful downtown, Gasquet, Ca., 350 miles north of San Francisco, in the redwoods..
