Default RUNDLL Error message
Am using WinXP (Home) SP-2. All of a sudden, whenever I boot up, I get a "RUNDLL" message saying something like "Error loading c:\Program~1\common (etc.)

I think it has something to do with Installshield, but am not sure.

Anybody have any ideas? fixes?

Hi Haases,

Looks like a program was uninstalled and it's still trying to start up.

Download and run HijackThis

Unzip it into its own folder not a temp directory or anything such as C:\HijackThis.

Attach the log as a text file, please do not just copy it into a post.

This shouldn't be bothering you long.

Can you post the exact error message? This doesn't really say anything.
And is it always the same error , or does it change?
