My window explorer keep shutting down with one of those Error Reporting Messages asking if I want to send to Microsoft. Is there any way to correct this?
Im pretty sure this has something to do with malware or spyware, please download and run HijackThis and Ewido (in the download sector) and post the HJT and Ewido logs in the spyware/mallware section. One of our security specialists will take a look at them as soon as soon as possible.
Do you get any error codes and/or file names? And when does it happen , just random , or when opening or closing apps , or only with a specific app ect. ?
Give this also a try:
go to start / run and in the run window type in:
sfc /scannow >enter
Have you XP CD in youre drive, and it'll run itself, replacing any missign or damaged protected XP files.
