Default [Answered] Docs and Settings subfolder access

I found an old harddisk which I attached to my pc, and i saw it had some photo's on it that I need to copy to my other disk. But when I try to go to /Documents and Settings/Erik/ it won't let me and it says Access is denied.

I know why and Ive fixed it before but I forgot how, it's because its an other windows installation and it doesnt think I am authorized to go in that folder. I think its an attribute i need to change but i'm not sure and I cant find it in the properties screen. Does anyone know how to give me access to that folder again?
