Hi Skullfire , welcome to PCHF.

Youre hjt log is clean , but these can be fixed:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9EF8ED6F-49DE-AFDE-AD2F-8F6E7D05EDAE} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A5366673-E8CA-11D3-9CD9-0090271D075B} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AE1C5E16-D5F0-ABCE-C7F2-AA1BF4CCACCE} - (no file)
For the rightclick/highlight prob , give this a try:

Download this app:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/shellexview.html

Run the app, when it shows all the context menu entries, scroll down to EncodeDivXContextMenu Class if present , and disable that entry.

If that doesn't help , try this:

Open a command window (Start->Run, type in 'cmd' hit enter)
Then type/copy and hit enter:
regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll

Let me know how you get on.
