Angry [Fixed] Making windows maximise as default

I am having trouble with windows (no suprise there), but everytime i open a windows it is not maximised, i have tried dragging these to the maximised position and then click maximised, but as soon as i restart my computer all the windows open non-maximised, is there a registry hack to make all windows open maximised as default.

If you set the window to the size that you want it to be and then hold down the Ctrl button, whilst closing the window, your choice of window size will be remembered.
