Hya .pt , welcome to PCHF.

Youre hjt log is indeed clean.

Can you do a manuall diskcheck? In "my computer" rightclick on youre C: drive/partition and select "properties" then on the "tools" tab select after "error checking" press "check now". You will have to allow youre pc to be rebooted for it , so close all open programs.

Glad to hear that the prob is gone now.
And for the long boot up , have you defragged youre HD lately? Also download and run Ccleaner to clean all temp files. See below for a link. Maybe that helps abit.

Can you try downloading Diskeeper 10.0 Professional Premier Edition 32-bit Trialware from the following site - http://www.diskeeper.com

Once installed schedule it to run an IFaast defrag, you can do this by right clicking on the C drive in the box and choosing IFaast.
It will only allow you to make it run on the hour so you may have to wait for it to scan.

This works like a charm, give it a go and let us know if it works.

Also try running something like Regclean
