I read what was posted aboutthis and i tried the download but i still am getting this error. I have done virus scans and i really need help. Maybe i didnt do some thing wrong please HELP!!!:sad:

Unless you have the same motherboard/pc , then that download is not gona work for youre pc. Do you know the brand and model of youre motherboard? And if you also have a Dell , the service tag?
