Hope someone can help
For the past week our Broadband has been slow, our IP is NTL. Pages seem to be very slow when loading. I've tried IE, Netscape, Mozilla and Opera Browsers and they are all slow. Advice please

Hi Paul.
Could be that youre pc is infected with some mal-ware. Have a go at the "Prework" instructions , see link below , and post the 2 resulting log files. We'll start with those.

If it's cable, you may just be getting on at bad times. I know sometimes my web pages zip right up, but other times (during Peak hours) it can lag pretty bad.

As you are on cable, why not try switching off the cable modem for a good 5 minutes then powering it back up again.
