My computer has buggered up. I was playing a game and the PC rebooted itself, howver it will now not go into windows, i keep getting a screen telling me that windows could not start properly and am given options as to start windows in safe mode, safe mode with networking etc, and start windows normally or using last know good configuration.
when i choose one of these it just keeps looping back to the same screen over and over again. its annoying as i really need my PC for uni and i have exhausted all my ideas, i cannot re install windows as i get some windows error code 7?!?
Please help me!
I can be contacted at rich.wallace@hotmail.com

it sounds more like a hardware error than a windows error.

Hi Rich!
First of all, welcome to PC Help Forum! Can you tell us what your system specifications are, and what game you were playing before this all started to happen? Also, how did you try to reinstall Windows? Bluefish |

i was playing Football manager 2006 via the use of a ghost drive. i use programmes Daemon tools and anti-blaxx. it just re - booted then the annoyance began.
My pc is not a particularly modern one. it is a 1200MHz i believe, 256RAM, and an amibios (?!?) i believe, i dont really know the exact spec. any help would be thankfully recieved Cheers |

Hi richie, with regards to the looping problem. I'm pretty sure that it is the hardware problem which might be the harddisk which i am very pretty sure of. Maybe you can ask for a technician help to scan the harddisk.
Peace Matt
