Default IP Address

Hi Moco,
Welcome to the PCHF,
Ok to start with you should probably uninstall the program.
Secondly we need to know some thing about your connection. Do you have a fixed IP address? If you do you should contact your ISP and resolve it through them.
If not try this;
click on "start" then "run", type "command" or "cmd" (whichever works, command is for win '98 and cmd for most others), when the command prompt comes up type "ipconfig /release" when that finshes type "ipconfig /renew"
This should reset the ip address from your ISP.
All the best
