Today I repaired my system registry in order to install Microsoft Office 97. After installation I rebooted and used my computer for a bit, turned it off and left my house. I came back a couple hours later and noticed some huge changes.
1 - After Windows XP loads (with the XP icon and all that stuff and the running lights) When it goes to the screen to where you can click which profile to log in to, it takes about 2-3 minutes for me to be able to click my profile, where earlier it only took maybe 2-5 seconds.
2 - When I go to webpages like google and myspace, the entire page seems to be smudged into the center of the screen. When I go to cnn and other sites, everything seems to be smudged towards the left of the screen. Here is a screenshot of my problem:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v12/ryand316/help.jpg
Any help will be appreciated!!

Hi there and welcome to PCHF, sorry for the delay in responding to you.
Did you do anything else recently, apart from the Office install ? Do you have System Restore turned on? (start > all programs > accessories > system tools) You could attempt a safe rollback to before the date you experienced this issue.
