 Hi Thea,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a terrific team of techs here, and I know we can get your computer back up and running.

It sounds like you still have some malware problems going on. It's great that you downloaded ewido, I would like you to still carefully follow the instructions for PreWork in my signature. Many types of malware will reinstall themselves if not removed in a certain way, and not every program can remove everything. So even though you have already run it, I need you to run it again, and post the ewido and HijackThis logs back here.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

Hya Thea.

That didn't work im afraid. Look below the reply box for a button that says "manage attachements" and press it , then in the window that comes up press the "browse" button , and navigate to the logs (one by one) and press "upload". Then go back to the other window and post the reply.

Hi Thea,

Did you use the button when you tried to load that file? If not, can you try reposting it by clicking on the little , click on Browse to locate your file, then click on Upload. Your file will then be viewable to us here.

Make sure that you follow all of the instructions in PreWork, we don't want to see you get reinfected.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

Default Im still having trouble

Sorry, I can't figure out to do any of the steps I was told. Yes, there is still things coming up everytime I run Ewido!!! I know how to "highlight/cut and paste post", but it said somewhere that when you post you should not do that. about unchecking the systems restore box, when I run ewido, it says that there are 2 files that are attached to others, and it asks if I want to extract the whole file. I press no because I am afraid to delete something important with it. ill post back, im afraid the computer will freeze again
