Lightbulb Try pinging

Hi Bighomedog

Try pinging www.google.com

Start>Run> Then Type "cmd" (Without quotes)
In the DOS box type:
"ping www.google.com" then hit enter
Hopefully this should give you replies from 66.102.9.104. This is one way of checking your network connection which rules out IE, Firefox etc..

If you get host cannot be found or request timed out then type:
"ipconfig /flushdns"
Then try pinging google again. If that does'nt yeild results try:
"ping 66.102.9.104"

Let us know how you get on

Grom

Question ??

Was that your reply from pinging google?

Did you flush your DNS and can you now see our site or google from the PC?

See if this helps:

Download the Hoster from here. Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program. This will restore the original Hosts file.

But i would advice you to continue here:

Since you started there , and you've posted more info about youre prob there then here..
