Windows XP/2000 - [Resolved] daemon tools problem posted in the Operating Systems forums; i donwloaded daemon tools and installed. i clicked to start and it said initilization error. Kernel Debugger must be deactivated. before i reformatted my computer this program worked. help!...

i donwloaded daemon tools and installed. i clicked to start and it said
initilization error. Kernel Debugger must be deactivated. before i reformatted my computer this program worked. help!

Try http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/down...Download&id=81 if you have a 32 bit processor and http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/down...Download&id=83 if you're using a 64 bit.

i have a 64 but it woiuld not run because it said plateform not supported. so i installed the 32 bit, and when i clicked to run the program it started to run then crashed and rtestarted, just as alcohol 120 did when i tried to create a virtual drive, help!

Sounds like you have a 64 bit proc and an 32 bit O.S. So you still need to choose 32 bit versions of software and drivers.

Is windows fully updated?

Default still does not work

i installed some windows updates one mentioing converting from 32 to 64 but i still have the problem.
