Unhappy [Resolved] cpu running 100% all of the time

hey everyone i am back with a new prob my pc has been running great since the last tech probs have been fixed and now it seems like for the past 2 days my pc has been running at 100% cpu and i cant get it to stop running that high:o can someone help before i shoot my pc pls and quick if possible
here are the specs for my pc it is

a hewlet packard
pentium II 400MHz
2gb ram
120gb hd
xp pro

one thing io did forget to mention is i did clean the hd and defraged and still to no avail

Have a look in youre task manager to see what is using 100% cpu.

ok my media player is taking about 84% while playing on average but it has just started doing this recently and it used to never do it before

Dont think thats to bad actually with an P2 400mhz , but try updating youre video drivers and codecs.
