I have downloaded loads of Real and WMP video files. Now i want to burn them. This is taking ages to figure out! THe Vaio programs i have are impossible to understand. I went into Windows movie maker and when i tried to open the file it said:

C:\Documents and Settings\Oscar\Desktop\Downloads\LOST - Season 1 - Episodes 24 & 25 (finale).avi could not be imported. The required codec was not downloaded automatically because the Download codecs automatically check box is not selected in the Options dialog box.


Huh? Does anyone know how to burn downloaded stuff onto DVD... please..

Hi She, I didn't think that Lost Series 1 later episodes were available to buy in the UK yet?

No its not, but the US have seen it and you can see it online...so i have it, because i cant watch tonight on c4, but want to burn to watch on tv and not laptop

The problem lies in the format, avi is not supported by many burning software, and so if you want to burn the media files you'll have to find a "burning" program that supports avi
