Default Huge Problem Computer Restarting Stop Error Windows Xp!

hello, I had a automatic restarting problem about 6-8 months ago and i took computer to store and they reformatted and updated BIOS.
I was just disk defragmenting and also a windows new update was installed just an hour ago then suddenly computer restarted and becuase i set auto restart off it gave me a blue screen talking about it was cuased by a device driver or something and windows stoped and so i reseted and up came a error messege after login and i sent to microsoft (like they will EVER do anything about it) and this page came from microsoft:

THIS PROBLEM IS OUTSTANDINGLY ANOYING AND LAST TIME I HAD IT FOR AGES AND IT WAS SO FREAKING ANOYING PLEASE HELP ME STOP IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!

hey Ali,
See were still having some problems with the old pc again. Might as well kick it huh lol.

Have you gone into yuor device manager and seen if any device has a yellow or red mark next to it?

right click my computer.....click on manage....then in the left hand side of the box that pops up you will see "device manager" click on that and all your things connected to your pc will show up. Let us know if there are any yellow or red marks by any device

yes there is a yellow mark by "PnP BIOS Extension" under system devices
