Windows XP/2000 - Huge Problem Computer Restarting Stop Error Windows Xp! posted in the Operating Systems forums; o and when i click on it the device status says Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)...

yes I have Daemon tools however I havent used it in long time...though it is emulating a CD

try the program above first. But you might have to unistall Daemon tools
see below

ok i got the program...it is enabled...do i disable it?
and the daemon tools forum is down...

ya I just seen the forum is down. it was up 1 minute ago lol. And disable UNP

As this is your problem. With the emulation and "pretend" drive you have from daemon. You can unistall it and resintall it and it should help. But that is what is causing the error

ok I used that program and disabled it...what do i do next? is the problem fixed or something and do i have to remove daemon tools?

thats the problem... You will have to wait and see if it happens again. Or you wont know. If it happens again uninstall Daemon tools, reboot, and see if you still have that yellow mark in your device manager
