Hijackthis is a great program but I like to use the program below to clean my reg automaticly. If you want to do it manually it will take you days I can tell you that much..

Start/run/regedit and youre in the registry. You can use ctrl/f to seach or navigate manually trough it.

But only do that if you know what you are doing , or you can kill youre windows/software.
