Default Un-deletable

Hey i have a file that wont delete. I have tried rebooting and signing in as administrator but it still wont delete. I have tried using "delinvfile", a program designed for this situation and the usually delete. But i have CCleaner and for some reason when i run that it says cannot delete "LAUNCH", which is the file i am trying to delete. BTW it says cannot delete LAUNCH it may be being used by another person or program when i try the normal delete. I have also uninstalled and deleted a program that its from.
So please help.
Cheers

Hya Crusader , welcome to PCHF.

Lets try this first:

download KillBox by Option^Explicit from HERE.

Double click on Killbox.exe and then check the delete on reboot button.

Enter the following filepath and filename into the Full path of file to delete box: (enter full file path plus file name here)

C:\?? ??\?? ??

Click the red circle with the white x and allow your computer to reboot.
(if killbox doesn't reboot on its own then please reboot manually)

Another thing: I use spybot's shredder for things that won't delete. Sometimes it generates a weirdly named file, but then it dissappears after a restart.
