I was downloading some stuff and i dont know what happened, but when i rebooted my D and E drives were gone... All i have is the C:..

My first instinct was to go and add them through Add Hardware (they both come up) but i want a prof opinion. Thanks!

Update: I went to Device Manager and this came up

The devices have 4 ! on them and i get the code error

Have you tried uninstalling the devices from the device manager, then rebooting.

The reson being is somtimes after uninstalling these devices and rebooting, Windows will pick them up after the reboot and they will work fine.

If not then there is somthing else at the helm of the problem.

Hya Douglar , i would first try to rightclick on them and select "reinstall driver" , maybe thats enough.

Did you maybe just change any hardware , or installed software? (burning or emulation especially)
