Ok, within your bios, look for power-saving options and dis-able them. Re-test the shutdown etc...

I went through all of it, and i couldnt find anything to do with power saving options.....

You are going to have to provide the serial number. This is how Medion describe that you get it:
Your identification number (MED number) is placed on the back of your PC tower.
