Default DVD Burning

Hey, I have some DVD+RW's that I just bought from staples (Staples brand) that I want to use to back up my data. However, when I open the Writable CD folder, it says I have no free space and I am unable to erase it. Is there a program out there that can make my dvd ready to use, or am I just doing something wrong?

Thanks,
Connor707

I went ahead and checked that site, joe, but mine doesnt appear to be on there. Is there any way around this, or do I have to buy another in order to rip information to these DVD's?
Thanks

Hmm , not listed on the site i posted ofcourse lol.

But according to this page youre player should be compatible:

Have a look here for firmware:

Maybe it helps.

Alrighty, now I have another problem. I was trying earlier with both my drives, just to see if it would work, and now, my Cd Drive wont open. I've tried pressing the button, right clicking and pressing eject, is there any other way to get it out?
Thanks
