Default [Fixed] msimn application error

hi

when ever i exit outlook express i keep getting this error:

msimn.exe - Application error

the instruction at "0x77f5215e" referenced memory at "0x007f4ba4" the memory could not be "written".

click on OK to terminate the program.

(Thats word for word what the error says)

its not causing any problems its just annoying and was wondering how to get rid of it.
