if internet explorer stays all hijacked after all your spyware scans you could try an alternative browser such as Mozilla Firefox which is great and is free and doesnt get affected as much by spyware.

I have faced problems with IE whenever i open it i get a heap of pop-ups and it has a alot of adware search bars and stuff which i cant get rid of. but when i open firefox everything is fine.
