Ok, when I press Ctrl + Alt + Del, it brings up my task manager, which I'm sure you knew since you are a PC Help forum.

Well, It only shows tasks...no tabs, nothing. To explain, I am taking a screenshot and uploading it to show you.

Also to close it I must right click on the little icon in the task tray. This happens on my account, but I am unsure about other accounts.

Have you tried doubleclicking on the top grey bar? That should fix the problem

No problem mate sometimes the problem seems complicated while actually it well lol it isn't. Now you know the solution so no problem :-)

Yes these are the things in Windows that sometimes can be annoying
It dissappears, not telling you where it's going :lol:
