Well it looks like you PC is a Pentium III - XP does run on PIII machines BUT don't expect wonders!! If you are dead set on installing XP then make sure you add more RAM (as much as you can afford). Also, see if you can borrow an XP Cd just to try out before you go and purchase your own copy. That way you will know for sure if your PC can handle it.
