Hmmm..their coming up as invalid...can you just re-check that it's the service tag number you're quoting.

Yeah, I just noticed that was off a Windows XP Authenticity sticker that was on the side. Sorry about that.

Aha! It was hiding underneath something I had to lift up on the front. It's DTX1111

That's better - try downloading and installing thse drivers: Graphics Drivers

Installed those drivers and restarted. Still getting the same error

Take a look at that Belarc log and copy and paste here, the exact information pertaining to the Graphics chip as your model of PC has about 20 different GFX cards.....
