Anyway you want. Unless it is a copy protected or read only cd , then it wont work.

Simply right click on the folder, choose copy then right click on your C: drive and choose paste

Hey i fixed it

1) I copied the I386 folder from CD, to WINDOWS
2) Went back into regedit, and edited that key from C:\ back to C:\WINDOWS

and it worked

Yup , if you copyd it to the windows folder instead of the C: root , then you indeed also need to adjust the reg key accordingly.

Are youre other probs also gone now?

Yep sure did, just re installing the programs that were lost when i made the restore.
