Windows XP/2000 - [Fixed] Firefox using very much CPU posted in the Operating Systems forums; I have removed the snow effect to see if that makes a difference.......

Yep that did it.
You know look in my signature and you understand why that's making a difference. By the way, double_a_ron, I got the same problem on Firefox 1.0.7 I was using before a few hours ago.
What to do know Hengis? Keep the snow away from here?

Erm sorry guys but I do notice a lower cpu useage now betwen 5 and 15%.....

Yup that's what i'm talking about. Strange what a little snow can do. But hey in holland we know what snow can do, remember friday bluefish? Took me 3 hours to go, using the train, from harlingen to utrecht and another 3 from utrecht to woerden where I called someone to pick me up and take me to gouda......
