Have a look in ?Add/Remove Programs? and if ?My Search Bar? , ?MyWay Speed Bar? or ?My Web Search Bar? is there then uninstall it.
You could also uninstall

Then click Start>Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
In the Services window find:
Remote Packet Capture Protocol
Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK
Open
HJT and click config > misc tools > ?delete an NT service?
Copy and paste:
rpcapd
Click OK.
Then fix these with
hjt:
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} -
O23 - Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol v.0 (experimental) (rpcapd) - Unknown owner - %ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.exe" -d -f "%ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.ini (file missing)
and delete the folder in bold.
Other then that i would also disable the messenger service:
Please download
Shoot The Messenger
Download and run the small (22 kbyte) "ShootTheMessenger.exe" utility. It will display the current status of your system's Messenger Service. The button near the bottom of its window will allow you to set the service to whichever state ? running or disabled ? that you desire.
If, for any reason, you should ever choose to re-enable the Windows Messenger Service, simply re-run ShootTheMessenger to do so.
