Default [FIXED] Computer Restarts: Very Wierd Problem! Confused Help!

OK, the problem is that my computer automatically restarts and when booted back up and loged in windows a microsoft send error window comes and says system recovered from cridical error and the error code is:

When i sent the error the microsoft site said:

Error caused by BullGuard Ltd. : No specific solution found
Thank you for submitting an error report.
Problem description
An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in BullGuard (regspy.sys). This software was created by BullGuard Ltd. .

Solution Microsoft has researched this problem with BullGuard Ltd. , and they do not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported. Below is a list of recommendations to take that may help prevent the problem from recurring.Additional information

If this problem continues to occur with the latest product updates for BullGuard (regspy.sys), we recommend you obtain assistance and troubleshooting information directly from BullGuard Ltd. .

FUNY becuase I dont and NEVER had BullGuard installed on my computer however i did a search on this regspy.sys file on my computer and found that it was located in my BitDefender Anti Virus folder. So whatever it is, bitdefender is using the file too so I moved the regspy.sys to my documents and the AV software kept running normally and I remember that a few month ago this happened too and I moved the file to documents and it didnt happen then i moved it back and now it happened again. the restarting actaully happened when I manually updated the AV program.

Any help or idea on what to do...should i move the regspy.sys to other place and just forget it or delete it or change my AV software?

Hey Ali .

Don't remove the file, that will only lead to more problems.

Download AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition from the PCHF downloads library and move it to an easily-accessible location on the crippled computer.
Boot into safe mode without networking (tap F8 repeatedly on startup until it asks you what you want to do), and uninstall the program. Then, install AVG until you can either re-install the software or find a new AV solution .

BullGuard and BitDefnder both use the same scanning engines so its atleast normall that you have that file on youre pc.

So it is probebly a problem with Bitdefender , have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling that?

EDIT; give this a go:
