Sorry, back again. I got this far but the delete and copy to options are greyed out for HP_owner. I think they must have sewn it up pretty tight.

Maybe if you log in as your "Administrator" account and carried out the profile copy, as you can't copy to and from an account you are already logged into.

Hi Back again.

I just wanted to say that all your help yesterday was/is very much appreciated. I have a feeling this is one which is going to defeat me. I have tried various different log ons. Always hp_owner is greyed out. I have tried copying onto its profile but get acces denied and so on. Don't think I'll be buying hp again!!

:cry: Sorry to hear the defeat in your tone oldjj, those proprietary imagings can be really frustrating.

However, if it really makes you crazy, and you have your cds, you can always reformat and completely erase them. But it's a very drastic measure for a name change.

We'll look forward to seeing you in the forums.
