Cool, if you could go to your first post and edit the title and add [FIXED] at the beggining to let people know your problem is solved

You'll see that most motherboards come with an instruction manual on how to connect everything, so you shouldn't have too many problems, just don't tryto force things to fit, almost always ends up as a disaster as chips snap or wires tear or you break a 4-pin connector or break off the back of the IDE cable connection,... Always be gentle with your computer, treat it like it was your new-born baby lol

Yes DANSSWARE is correct, before you purchase a new sound card have a look at the motherboard you are about to buy. Nearly all new motherboards these days come with onboard sound so there would be no point in purchasing another sound card.
