Why would anyone want to know the TAG no of my PC? I am selling mine and someone who is interested has asked for it. Apparently it's a unique number. Should I be concerned?!

If it is a Dell, there is no problem giving them the number - it uniquely identifies the PC. You will find it on a sticker on the back, side or underneath the PC case.
