Default [ANSWERED] Way beyond my comprehension

I let my friend borrow my computer for a while because I didn't have power back yet at my place and he fried his computer during the storm. When I got it back when I got power, I noticed a really ***** thing. There was some javascript commands added to my menu when I right-click a folder or file. Ran anti-virus and spyware in the hopes it was that but aparently it's not. It hasn't yet really done anything but I don't wanna chance it. Worst of all he was using my precious computer to watch porn and download stuff
There goes me trusting my friends with my computer, never again...
Here's a screenie of it:

Also... Explorer sometimes freezes... Gets rather annoying, he also fried my sound card

Hya Darklord , let's first try to look for malware , if you follow the instructions in the "Prework" link below and post the 2 logs then we start with that.

If that doesn't work then we'll try to remove it manually from the registry.

Logs 1 & 2 are attached.
I wasn't able to boot up in safe mode because aparently my motherboard has a different key attached to that fucntion and I couldn't find it, my only other choice was to willfully crash my computer... and I didn't feel like doing that

I also found out I've got about 1.3million "objects" on my combined 320Gbs
