Wow, you get 30-35kbps download rate with 128k !! You should be very happy with that my friend, I don't think you're going to improve on that speed!

well, i just took a test on my isp site and it said i should download at 26.11 kbps, but i do have BeFAster, Modem Booster, and PC Booster. Does that make a difference now?

Just for explanation. Your ISP gives you a speed in kbps. Mine is for example 4096. Download speed then is 4096/8, because its in bits not in bytes, and there are 8 bits in a byte. So my download speed would be about 512KB/s.
